Its been a few months since we have written a blog but nevertheless we are back and swinging. The new year has brung us 4 months and the 5th is steadily approaching. We want to take the time to thank all of our loyal customers and those of you who are not regulars but still continue to call for your as needed services. You are greatly appreciated! All our Groupon returners we thank you as well and look to see you really soon.
There are a few new things that we would like all clients to be aware of. All contracts are being revamped and everyone who has not received your new contract please be on the look out for it by May 30th. Please review the contract sign and return in a sealed envelope during your next cleaning to one of the staff members. We also ask for all clients to email us with your birthdays as we will soon be emplementing birthday discounts or gifts or your birthdays and 1 year anniversaries with the company! Isn't that exciting?! Do be aware that the ideas of these two new additions are up in the air and we will make the announcement when we have officially started. We always want to make sure that we do something for our customers in addition to offering great services!
We also will be issuing Volume 1 of our newsletter soon as well! So stay tuned for that as it will include lots of helpful hints, and tricks on how to maintain your cleaning during the time that we are not there. As well as deals for each month and the announcement of employees of the month and new employees that join the staff.
As always please feel free to email us anytime with any questions, comments or concerns you my have. We would also ask for you to email the owner with any comments regarding all products used during your cleaning. Sometimes when you advise the staff it can easily be forgotten and we at Natganic want to make sure that any and all concerns are addressed. We are not sure when we will run another Groupon or Living Social Deal but it maybe soon.
