I am coming to you all with a few more information or FAQ concerning your Groupon purchases...
First I would like to say that the Groupon was suppose to be ONLY for the areas of Broward and Boca Raton. If you live -outside- of these city limits then there will be a charge or $20 for gas that will be collected upon completion of service. Payable by check, credit card or cash. We are in sole discretion to say yes or no to your appointment being that you are out of our service zone. I am finding myself traveling up to an hour for appointments and this shouldn't be happening without being compensated for gas and without first discussing it with the owner of Natganic so that your appointment can be approved.
Next, Again it is 1 Groupon per household. If you purchased more than one you can not have the same house cleaned on more than one Groupon offer. You will need to Contact Customer Support concerning that matter.
For the Groupon it does NOT include Deep Cleaning. It is for a regular housecleaning service. Meaning that behind refrigerators, wiping of cabinets, cleaning out of refrigerators, cleaning baseboards will not be done unless that is the only service you need, being that you understand the time it takes to do those cleanings. We try our best to fit in what we can do within your hours. And do as much as we can but we at Natganic dont believe in rushing through your cleanings. If you need these things cleaned or need an extra hour we would be glad to stay for 50% off of regular price cleanings, being that you have already purchased your Groupon. If you require more time please contact us so that we can plan accordingly.
